Tarot card meaning

What’s on the card
Even though the man on the card has ten swords in his back, his fingers are folded in a special gesture: two extended, two pressed down. It means a blessing, a spiritual initiation.
The Ten of Swords is always the end of a cycle, but in the suit of Swords that end comes through pain. Still, the hand gesture says the man on the card isn’t a victim. He’s someone who has understood what’s really going on. The gesture says, “I forgive this world and let the situation go.”
When we’re inside the Ten of Swords, the world feels unfair. But the wisdom of this card is that the swords in the back are our own beliefs, attitudes and thoughts that brought us to this point. At the moment when there’s nowhere lower to fall, a transformation happens.
