This is apathy, dissatisfaction, “I don't want to.” This person may be on a drinking binge. Or a grown-up child who still lives with their parents. The person won't meet you halfway. Or they waited so long for something that they stopped wanting it.
They're so fed up with what they have that nothing gives them pleasure anymore. They're apathetic.

Emotional burnout in your current job. Losing interest in projects, boredom with routine. The money is there, but it doesn’t make you happy. The person turns down new offers or opportunities because they’re tired or fed up.
Love and relationships
Feelings cooling off, being fed up with your partner, a couple stuck in place, apathy. One partner sits with arms folded, like the figure on the card, sunk in their hurt or gloom, and doesn’t even notice the help being offered or a new chance to reconnect.
Personal growth
Apathy, withdrawing into yourself, an existential crisis, a sense of emptiness inside. You’re sick of everything, you don’t want anything. The person is stuck on their disappointments and doesn’t see the gifts life is already putting right in front of them.
